How do I cancel my subscription?


We are sorry to see you go! We consider all of our athletes as part of our family, and we would love to help resolve your issues in any way that we can. However, if you feel like InnerPro isn't a fit for you, cancelling is very simple. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit https://app.innerpro.com/login
  2. Log In to your account
  3. Click the "Manage Subscription" button
  4. Click "Cancel My Subscription" in the Subscriptions box.
  5. Your account will remain active until the current pay period ends.




What is the "Create Your Game" training tool?


Create Your Game is a tool help athletes set goals, design their day, and track their progress.




What is the "Generate State" training tool?


Generate State is a pregame preparation tool where athletes utilize their best performances to prepare for competition.

Does InnerPro offer youth training?


Yes, the app can be used as a training tool for younger athletes and is best used with a coach or parent. The training plans for users younger than 13 will focus on body weight, agility, plyometrics, and medicine ball exercises. It is never too soon to start building a great foundation!




Are training plans and nutrition metrics gender specific?


Yes. Male and female athletes have different needs and body types. This has been accounted for for every athlete.




What variables are taken into consideration for your customized training program?

  • Soreness Levels
  • Equipment Availability
Future training plans are also adjusted based on feed back given at the end of training. The deeper you get into a training program, the more and more customized it becomes.




Will there be communication between the Athlete App and the Coach App?


No. In order to abide by current NCAA rules, the Coach App is only used for monitoring and tracking purposes. The athlete has the ability to turn off coach tracking at any time.
